Nghifitikeko holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Stellenbosch, a Master’s Degree in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and a B-Tech Degree in Marketing from UNISA, as well as a National Diploma in Marketing from the Polytechnic of Namibia. He also completed the Management Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch, Certificate in Finance (University of Witwatersrand) as well as Senior Management Development Programme at NIPAM.

He has been working for the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund for 14 years at various levels commencing as a Customer Service Officer and now serves as Chief Operations Officer and is the current Chairperson of the Procurement Committee.
