Erkana
Dr. Zandile Agnes Erkana

Ms. Erkana serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the MVA Fund, a position she has held since 2007. She is a General Practitioner at her own private practice. She holds a Bsc from the University of the North, MBCHB form the University of Natal and a Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the University of Stellenbocsh. She serves on several Directorships such as Namibia Institute of Pathology as an advisor to the Board, the Medical Board of the Roads Contractor Company, a member of the Medicine's Control Council of Namibia as well as EVI Mining Company Limited.

Mr. Philip Amunyela

Mr. Philip Amunyela is the Under Secretary of Administration and Centralized Support Services at the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication. He joined the Ministry in 1992 as Deputy Director, and served in the said position until 2000. Thereafter, Mr. Amunyela served as Director of Transportation Policy and Regulations, as well as Acting Under Secretary of Transport and Communications

He has vast working experience in the aforementioned fields and holds a BSC in Transport Economics from Fachschule fuer Verkehrswesen (College of Transport Dresden), and a Diploma in Transport and Storage, GDR.

Ms. Welma Enssle

Ms Enssle is a member of the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund Board of Directors since 2006.

She is currently working at the Tender Board Committee for the Ministry of Finance. In 1990, she was appointed Accountant of the Ministry of Agriculture. In 1995, she was appointed as Chief Accountant at the Office of the Prime Minister, a position she held until 1998.

During the 1994 Presidential and National Assembly elections, Ms. Enssle was seconded to the Elections Directorate as Head of Finance. In December 1999 she was appointed as Deputy Director: Finance and Administration where she was tasked with the financial control of the Electoral Commission. She has since been involved in the establishment of a new personnel structure for the Commission and also the creation of a new Vote in the National Budget. Ms Enssle is currently studying for a B-Com degree at University of South Africa.

Mr. Magnus Nangombe

Magnus Nangombe is the President of the Namibia Bus and Taxi Association. Mr Nangombe became a board member in 2007. He holds a Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma in Public Relations, and a Diploma in Strategic Logistics from the University of South Africa. He also holds a higher Certificate in human Rights Defenders and Political Activists. In addition to this, Mr Nangombe holds various Higher Certificates in Management Skills and he is currently doing a Diploma in Company Direction at GIM



Mr. Clive Kavendjii

Clive Kavendjii is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Namibia. Clive became a board member of the MVA Fund in 2008. He holds a B JURIS and an LLB from the University of Namibia. Mr Kavendjii started his career as a public prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice after which he joined the law firm Nate Ndauendapo Associates as a candidate Legal Practitioner.

In 2001 he was admitted as Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia.
