Nampost Partnership PDF Print
In December 2005, the Fund entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Nampost for the provision of services through the post office network. This agreement enables people who were involved in accidents to directly lodge a claim at their nearest Nampost office throughout the country. There are trained officials at each Nampost office that can assist claimants with the submission of claims.

The Nampost office network indeed is a vital link in delivering the Fund’s Mandate in the absence of MVA Fund regional offices . The Fund has installed 40 hotlines at strategically selected post offices to further enhance accessibility by making it possible for claimants to make enquiry calls directly to the Fund at no cost to the claimant. The Fund incurres the cost of the calls and will further install Hotlines on a needs assessed and cost effective basis.

Below is the list of towns with hotlines
