The MVA Fund’s CSI programme is a culmination of both the evolution in the corporate need for the constant search of an even playfield between the corporate citizen and the community within which they operate as well as the need to invest in long-term continuous programmes that would yield returns not necessarily for the fund but for the country at large.

Today we boast a very successful CSI prgorammme however, with a lot of room for improvement. The Financial year 2009/10 we plan to go on the offensive with our CSI strategy and improve on the employee involvement objectives. We also focus on what the community needs rather on what the Fund thinks the community needs based on its own perceptions, hence we will do an evaluation of past CSI programmes and get informative feedback from the very people we service.

In conclusion, this is our very first booklet, the intention is to give an overview of our CSI programme and create awareness of this instrument and its operations,to the greater public.
